Client is a company located in the city of Wolfenbüttel, which provides relocation assistance services in Germany. The range of services provided: transportation of things, their packaging, loading and unloading, assembly and disassembly of furniture, cleaning after work.

Analytics set up:

To analyze site traffic, sources and behavior of visitors to the website, codes from Yandex Metric and Google Analytics were set up with goals and conversions, after preparing the structure for event tracking and conversions.
For the main conversions on site, we chose sending feedback forms.
The set up of analytics was made through Google Tag Manager as it can be done quickly and without the need for developers.

Development of an advertising strategy:

Search campaign in Google Ads was selected for the initial setup as a main placement of advertising. With the generated demand, this campaign can be used to achieve quick results. For this purpose, keywords were collected using the Google Keyword Planner for the services offered.

To retain and return potential customers, the setup of remarketing with site visitors audience was planned when it gain enough people.

Execution of the advertising strategy:

A Google Ads search campaign has been set up and launched with the target location of the city of Wolfenbüttel, where the company is based within a 45-mile radius of the city, aiming to reach a wider audience of potential customers and offer convenient logistics.

When the audience with site visitors gained 100 people, remarketing was also started.

For search campaign in Google Ads, monitoring of performance indicators was conducted, as well as sorting of search terms every week for the first month, then monthly.

Using the Yandex Webvisor tool, the behavior of users who visit the site from advertising campaigns was analyzed. They had good engagement with pages and interest in information posted on the site.

Analysis of the results:

The results of the advertising campaigns are shown in the attached screenshots.

Campaign in Google ads have a good for this segment and country click-through rate (CTR) of 10%. The cost per conversion is 30€, which is a reasonable price for provided services.

Conclusion:

As a result of working with client, we fully customized the analytics on the website, collected relevant keywords and configured search and display advertising campaigns in Google Ads.

With the help of advertising, we were able to increase brand visibility in search results and attract new customers to the site. This resulted in an increase in orders.
